As a way to sustain good governance in our local settings, we as a people especially the youths must develop the continuous efforts to encourage the leadership of those who have proven themselves in little,

And also those who have without nothing, employed their personal assets to impact into the society they live,

These set of people are the ones we must encourage and give the necessary support to promote the growth which they represent in our environment...

I'm conversant with the political transition in orhionwon political system, including other independent developmentalist and humanitarian Orhionmwon has ever produced.

I'm indeed glad to see young intelligent youths from Orhionmwon attaining top leadership role in the state,

orhionmwon youths are indeed taking over, with this rate of political participation this is another area to commend our  youths.

with my close observation, I think they are few young   personalities we urge to watch out closely to enable us further develop the  potential of greatness nature has input in them (to the benefit of entire Orhionmwon), by virtue of their uncommon antecedents.  this individuals are; the Deputy Speaker of Edo State Rt. Hon Asoro. Roland. And Comr. Bright Iyamu.

These young personalities are  already doing wonders in their little areas of official and perosnal engagement. Activating any form of "pull him down syndrome" against them will be to the detriment of orhionmwon entirely.

Orhionmwon for many decades hasn't produced a state figure of a deputy speaker (who has been able to touch all the wards under his constituency through his state influence) now that we have it what do we do? Pull him down or support him to the next level where he can generate further recognition of orhionmwon in all ramifications of government.

Or someone like Comr. Bright IYAMU, who has in his little perosnal efforts suport Orhionmwon youths, through various forms of empowerment and basic facilities creation, should we pull this kind of personality down or support him to do more for  the people?.....

In all this, it must be noted that "pull him down syndrome" is detrimental to development, and we must do everything possible to discourage it.

Everyone must not fight to be in  same page  same time, so we mustn't allow greed or any perosnal reason to prevent us from giving the necessary support to our intellects, who have proven themselves worthy in areas they have been tested..

Orhionmwon deserve the very best...
