Deacon Newman Ugiagbe meets with Orhionmwon CAN Leadership

OZA~ Ahead of Campaign flaggoff, the Chairmanship Candidate of the People's Democratic Party PDP, Orhionmwon Local Government Area, Deacon Newman Oghomwen Ugiagbe, the Vice Chairmanship Candidate, Mr. Midwest Ogbebor and the party's  Councillorship Candidates for the twelve wards earlier today visited the Orhionmwon Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), for a special prayer session ahead of the upcoming Local Government election.

Addressing the mammoth crowd filled with notable Party leaders, the Chairman of the Orhionmwon wing of CAN, Pastor Nathaniel Adeola applauded the Candidates for putting God first, reassuring that God does not disappoint those who put their trust in him. The clergy man however said he has embarked on a series of fact finding mission about the Chairmanship Candidate and most of the Councillorship designate, adding that they have been prepared for the huge task ahead 

He said " I believe in the capabilities of the candidates of the PDP, both Chairmanship and Councillorship. For Deacon Newman Ugiagbe, I have done a fact-findings about you, your philanthropic gesture is topnotch and I pray God protect you and grant you victory l, after which we shall come to this place for a celebration"

In his response, Deacon Newman Ugiagbe commended the body of the reverend spiritual leaders of various denominations for receiving the party leaders and its Candidates, as well as expressed readiness to pilot the leadership affairs of the local Government. 

Ugiagbe said "We appreciate you for the truth reposed in us. We will not disappoint you. For the task ahead, when elected, we will do our best to continuously attract development to the Council. We are well prepared and equipped for the task ahead"

The climax of the visitation was a Special  prayer session for the Chairmanship and Councillorship Candidates led by the Vice Chairman of the Association, Rev. Fr. Nwokocha.
