The Director General of Orhionmwon local government campaign council Deacon Newman Ugiagbe and other top party leaders yesterday took the political gospel of Rescue Nigeria to the three zones of Ugbeka Ward namely; Ute'Oheze, Oloten and Evboehighae.

Speaking to the receptive people of Ugbeka Ward, Deacon Newman thanked the party members for coming out enmasse to welcome the campaign team. He equally asked them to cast their votes for all the PDP candidates in the forthcoming general election, saying PDP is the only answer to the current Nigeria problem.

Collaborating the statewment of the director general, the PDP Chairman of  Orhionmwon, Prince Stanley Iduozee while presenting the candidate to the party stalwarts affirmatively declared that only PDP can rescue Nigeria; advising them not to waste their votes for other political parties.

On his part, the Director General of Edo Liaison Office Abuja, Deacon Festus Osaigbovo passionately appealed to people of Ugbeka Ward who came out in their numbers to consider the current price of fuel, the unbearable cost of foodstuffs in the market and the incessant killings of our people by heartless herdsmen who have tuned their farmlands to grazing zone. He said they should not make the mistake of voting APC again, except they are not tired of today's sad reality.

Some APC leaders and ward executives dumped the party for the PDP during the rally, they heaped their decision on the insensitivity of the party leaders to their plights and the failure of the APC led federal government to address the issue of hunger in the land. Mr. Godwin Osayande and Mr. Otoite Orobosa were until yesterday legal adviser and Organizing Secretary of APC in Ugbeka Ward respectively. Mr Osaro Aghahowa and his followers also renounced their APC membership.
